Enceinte
Enceinte means pregnant.
In one of the Bible's shortest stories, Isaac prays for an end his wife's barrenness and in the very same verse it is announced that Rebekah is enceinte.
Isaac prayed to the LORD on behalf of his wife, because she was barren; and the LORD answered him and Rebekah his wife conceived. (Genesis 25:21, NASB)
Rebekah would give birth to twins, Esau and Jacob. (Genesis 25:24-26)
