OMLM has been suffering from a heart condition. The upper portion of her heart has been acting erratically and she has been prescribed the blood thinner Ketoprofin. She has two treatment options, both of which have down sides. As a nurse, she is more aware of these than the average patient and her knowledge may hurt her as much as it helps.
